The Colchester Business Association is renewing its Member to Member Discount program.
Our intention is to have plastic cards made (like a credit card) that CBA members and their employees can purchase for $1 and which they can use at many of our local CBA member businesses. Our hope is that this will encourage many people to “Shop Colchester First.”
It seems obvious, since everyone loves a discount, that this program will help promote all of our participating CBA member businesses.
If you would like to participate, we have made a list below of some possible discounts you might like to offer:
A percentage off the regular price on sales or services. (typically 5 – 10%)
A percentage off a particular item or specialty package.
Free delivery.
Free consultation or analysis.
A free item with or without another purchase.
A discount if you spend above a specified amount.
These are only suggestions, and whatever discount you want to use is completely up to you. You can decide if it is necessary for folks to show you their card or a copy of it on their phone in order to get the discount. Some businesses will just say “Mention CBA and get the discount.”
